Employee healthcare benefits are evolving beyond traditional insurance models, with a growing focus on prevention, early intervention, and inclusive access for the entire workforce. This workshop will explore how employers can redesign health benefits to simplify access, improve health outcomes, manage costs and reduce people risk through leveraging new health services, digital tools, and alternative financing options.
