Before joining Innecto, Karen held senior marketing roles across leisure, telecoms, and not-for-profit sectors, including Zonefit, Excalibur Communications, and RAF Charitable Trust Enterprises. She has led campaigns, developed brand strategies, and driven engagement initiatives that combine creativity with measurable results.
Karen holds a BA (Hons) in Management Studies and Business Administration from Reading University, specialising in Marketing. She is passionate about using her experience to strengthen client relationships, support growth, and ensure that the services consistently meet and exceed expectations.
