A question for anyone with operations in Romania whose employees are impacted by the potential removal of the tax exemption for those working in IT-related fields:
Are you taking any action to mitigate the impact on employees' net pay, and if so, what?

We are reviewing this at the moment. Typically we do not adjust pay when tax rules change, but if it is common practice in Romania to do so we may change our position.
