We are looking at producing TRS for the first time but struggling with how we do this for our non management population and present voluntary perks such as GP service , EAP , discounts etc - anybody got any good ideas on this or examples they are willingto share ? Thanks

We have an online TRS hosted on our benefits platform, but prior to that we did a posted one to our HGV drivers (the main offline population).
