Hi, we are looking to review our long service awards which have historically been overly generous with a range of £500 cash through to very long servers receiving a month's salary plus a bonus bond. We pay £125 in vouchers through Sodexo after 25 years service at present. This sum has not increased for years but we are now considering awarding different levels of awards as part of our review of recognition, so your comments are all really useful thank you.
Hi, we provide service days at 10, 15 and 20 years. We also have a celebration night for employees and their partners at 20 and 40 years service, includes a certificate and catalogue voucher (£200). Celebration night is a dinner + entertainment with their colleagues hitting same mark.

5 year Anniversary Unframed certificate plus an extra celebratory day off for that year only.
10 year Anniversary Unframed Certificate plus an extra celebratory day off for that year only and a £50 shopping voucher
15 year Anniversary Unframed Certificate, an extra celebratory day off for that year only and a £75 shopping voucher
20 year Anniversary Framed Certificate, an extra celebratory day off for that year only and £100 voucher
25 year Anniversary special very personalised Framed Certificate £250 shopping Voucher and a permanent extra days holiday from this year
30 year Anniversary Framed Certificate, an extra celebratory day off for that year only, £250 shopping Voucher
35 year Anniversary Framed Certificate, an extra celebratory day off for that year only, £500 shopping Voucher
40 year Anniversary Framed Certificate, an extra celebratory day off for that year only, £500 shopping Voucher
We also ring fenced employees between 20 and 25 years service, who would have been expecting £1000 shopping vouchers at 25 years to still receive and for those past the 25 years who already had the £1000 vouchers we are only giving the holiday days and certificates for further milestone anniversary's.

We currently provide the following 5 years - £250, 10 - £500, 15 - £750, 20 - £1000, 25 - £1500. Increments £250 for any additional £5 years. Employees also receive a framed long service certificate and letter of recognition fromn regional MD. Employees receive Company engraved crystal every 10 years. Those over 25 years receive personalised letter from CEO and article in company magazine as well as dinner for up to 10 people. Hope this helps (Lynn Franchi - Aggreko )
