I am looking for as much data out there to establish what projected general increases are for 2024. I do have Radford Data, HR Data Hub. But wanted to know if anyone has any further info. Globally would be great. But whatever you have, or where you could guide me to, to get this info.

Hey, how do you find HR Data Hub? We use a company called TurningPoint, they give a general report on state of the market and projections. They also do other bespoke Reward stuff too. They’re a smaller provider but I find them great
