We've had the same pensions consulting firm for our company for many years. I am looking at what other providers will be able to offer in this space both to the company and its employees, but I'm looking for a provider that has a modern approach to pensions - We've a very young workforce overall and want interactions with all things pension to be upbeat and concise as opposed to very corporate and staid. Does anyone know of a broker firm like this ?

Really knowledgeable consultants and a passion for pensions engagement. I think they have a more personal approach than some of the bigger brokers.
