Childcare Vouchers and workplace Nursery

We are setting up a workplace nursery salary sacrifice scheme and I wondered if anyone knew if employees would be able to continue to claim childcare vouchers ie to pay for after school care for one child (assuming they joined the scheme prior to Sept/Oct 2018 etc) as well as using the workplace nursery salary sacrifice for their nursery fees for a younger sibling? Can anyone point me to any specific guidance on this or does anyone have experience with workplace nursery salary sacrifice they could share?

I have only ever heard of Tax Free Childcare or Child Care Vouchers. Is this salary sacrifice option well known and have Companies found this easy to set up/use?

Hi Stuart, it was actually one of our employees who highlighted that this was potentially a good and very cost effective benefit for staff. We are working on this in house so struggling with the niche expertise needed for this work - hence the question!
