Hi, I wanted to look to connect with some peers who had experience with compensation benchmarking in the energy sector in Spain, Italy or Belgium. I've heard both Aon and Mercer are a good source of information but wondered if there were any others you use and would recommend? If you aren't within the energy sector but have tips and tricks on the compensation landscape in Spain, Italy or Belgium it would be great to connect.

We're about to use WTW Energy and Natural Resources survey for our countries and in the energy sector. Would be worth at least getting a quote and their company listing to see if this suits who you want to benchmark against?
