I was wondering if I could ask for your support on whether you are aware of a benefits promotion calendar that companies may use to push their benefits uptake within their business. This calendar may follow wider culture calendars.
For example, if we want to increase the uptake on cycle to work, or other benefits - is there a way of promoting these different benefits.

I have produced a calendar that fits the business culture and needs along similar lines to your suggestions.

We plan 12 months ahead and promote a benefit each month plus 'themes' of benefits in a quarterly newsletter- eg Financial wellbeing benefits , holiday benefits etc
We also look for particular days eg Mental Health Awareness day, Pension awareness day etc to build communications/promotion around these
We generally push 1 benefit per month but do try to tie the promotions in with various events such as Mental Health Awareness, Cycle to Work day, Blue Monday etc.

We do select certain benefits throughout the year to promote, e.g. cycle to work, pension, staff discounts etc.
