We currently use Edenred to provide our eyecare vouchers for our DSE users but in light of their withdrawal, we need to find another provider. Any recommendations of who you use would be great (especially if the provider is not the optician as well). Thanks in advance.

We currently use Specsavers and in other companies I have worked for also which we never had any issues with and are normally in most high streets for staff to access.
In my last employer we operated a similar scheme to Alec which was for them to claim back via expenses and both options work well. With the expense claim option we made the line manager responsible for checking and agreeing the maximum claim backs and expenses completed another check also.

We moved away from a provider due to their limitation of opticians and moved to allowing employees to claim back the cost of an eye test via expenses (and including on the PSA). Gives greater flexibility for employees and removes the admin in having to provide vouchers etc
