Hi, per the title really - does anybody have a list of requirements or criteria they used for sourcing and comparing comp tools / pay review platforms?
We're moving away from doing our annual salary review on spreadsheets and have a general idea around the features we need, but I wanted to check whether anyone has a list of features they wouldn't mind sharing rather than having to start from scratch.
Also open to any provider recommendations if you've been impressed.

Unfortunately don't have the requirements doc, but we implemented Payscale last year and I've been so impressed with their dedication, fast response times, and collaboration to come up with solutions for every awkward thing I've thrown at them!
