At the moment we only have local gyms/franchises (to our head office) offering employee discounts but our coverage is UK wide (Cornwall to Scotland). Does anyone have any recommendations on which companies to contact who may be interested in offering discount schemes for their gyms across the UK? Thanks in advance.

like many others, we use Gym Flex and this works well. The only issue i've had is when some want to use small gyms that are not covered. But these tend to few and far between.
The other issue is people wanting to use differtnet Gyms and would like to use a single pass. maybe more to come on this apporach to gym membership.
We use Incorpore's Gymflex too, however they also offer a MyGymDiscounts product as well so it's likely they have something to suit at minimal admin fees. You also get access to an employee discounts portal included.
We currently have a structure similar to use with individually negotiated deals. Gympass is nationwide and might be worth looking into.
