I am looking into what the market is offering as paternity leave these days.
Summary:
As a father, when one takes time off because one's partner having a baby, adopting a child or having a baby through a surrogacy arrangement one may be eligible for:
* 1 or 2 weeks’ paid Paternity Leave
* Paternity Pay
I would very much appreciate if you were able to share what your company is offering as paternity leave

At the moment we offer 2 week's fully paid paternity leave.

We offer 2 weeks fully paid but are also reviewing this and hopefully identifying a global level too, so this information is helpful to me too. If you were looking at other features to consider, we are also looking at possibly allowing the employee the option to work a 4 day week (but paid for the full 5 days) for a period (maybe 3 months) after they paternity leave is finished.
