Voluntary benefits outside Flex

We have offered flexible benefits through a third party since 2011. It has been popular but our ability to deliver this has been impacted by the reduction in our headcount. It is more expensive per head to deliver, but size impacts what benefits you can offer and the price of these benefits. We are considering stopping flexible benefits through a third party platform, but then our employees will miss out on some of the voluntary benefits. Does anybody know of any third party company that would allow our employees to buy direct through their debit card popular voluntary benefits like travel insurance, dental, critical illness.

Have a look at the Reward Gateway voluntary discounts offering. It's a simple to implement product, fairly cheap and there's something for everyone to save on shopping.

Hi Anne. I don't know of anyone that offers that option and I expect providers would always want a link to the employing organisation. If you have existing relationships with a number of providers you could look at just dealing directly with them and therefore still allowing the employees to have premiums deducted from their net pay?
