Can anyone share the exclusions in place with their UK EAP provider? Our provider has exclusions which include individuals experiencing chronic and/or complex mental health conditions of which Autism Spectrum Conditions is given as an example. Whilst I can understand the clinical reasons for this exclusions, it doesn't feel very inclusive.
I cannot see any exclusions in our EAP offerings, however obviously the EAP services are limited in terms of counselling services and no in-patient/longer term pathways available. Our Medical Policy does have similar exclusions around chronic/neurodiverse conditions however. We use Health Assured for our EAP and it is a standalone product not linked to any other benefits/policies.
