Given the challenges with NHS waiting times we're getting an increasing push to review whether we should introduce company paid PMI to blue collar workers (technical operators in factories). I'd be really interested to hear whether you offer any sort of company paid PMI or health cash plan to your blue collar workers.

One of our divisions offers PMI to all employees on single life / moratorium basis, including their blue collar workers - though there are not huge numbers of them (c100). Our other, larger, division uses PMI in the more traditional space - thinking 10% / more senior employees, and offers a cash reimbursement plan to everyone.
Hi Deenah. We don't offer PMI at that level but there is a healthcare cash plan colleagues can choose for themselves and their dependants. It's not on a parallel with a PMI but better than nothing.
