Hi. I'm trying to identify recognition scheme providers who excel in meeting the needs of unconnected employees. I'm aware many providers offer an app for this purpose, but does anyone provide a more personal service, eg. telephone redemption service, concierge service or anything more innovative? Part of our workforce is completely unconnected (no PC, mobile, work email address) and they simply don't want to fill up their personal mobile with work related apps. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you.

We use a partner who provide pre loaded mastercards, which are sent out in a company branded card, with message from the CEO thanking them etc. The mastercards can be branded also (at a cost) to give a real company engaged aspect to being recognised.
We have the scheme operational across EMEA as the cards can be issued in £ / € / $
This concept removes the need for redeeming points / requiring apps etc and gives a personal touch to the recognition (in my opinion!)
