Like most companies we are very concerned about our employee mental wellbeing. To this end after a short trial, we rolled out the Thrive App to all of our employees just before Christmas.
Unfortunately, despite extensive communications and webinars etc, take up has been below that hoped - less than 1% of the organisation. Any non-revenue spend is being challenged, and we want to provide support and interventions that maximise our small budget.
Those companies that have rolled out the Thrive App, could i ask, how successful has this been within your organisations? Has the engagement from employees been above, below or as expected? Also if was above ort expected please could you share what rollout strategy made this a success?
Thanks Chris - that's interesting feedback as I'm planning to review Thrive and similar apps over the coming weeks. Unfortunately no experience I can relay on this topic.
