We are developing wellbeing programs for our employees and would like to suggest good wellbeing apps to our employees. Does anyone have experience of wellbeing apps that offer a good quality service?
I also have positive experience with Unmind which provides great tools and options for employees to check-in and send praise. The good thing is that the more employees that engage on the platform, the better insight you get into the data they provide.
James, thnaks for your comment. The other feedback that I've had has been positive about Unmind, which is good. I'm going to look at Calm, but when I checked out Headspace on their website, they didn't seem to have a Corporate product and so I've discounted them for now.
No direct experience, but one of our sister companies launched Unmind a few months ago and they have now reached Unmind's benchmark level of usage (afraid I can't recall off the top of my head what this is). Feedback from our Wellbeing Lead is that the App is good. Unmind have also provided the company with a few free-of-charge wellbeing webinars to support in-house events. Planning to do a mini-market review in current months looking at: Unmind, Thrive, Calm and Headspace as I think these are the biggest providers. Would be interested to know of any others
Mark, Thanks for your comment. We only offer the traditional EAP, which we find to be a little reactive and have found it hard to encourage employees to use the service outside of the 'crisis' situation. There is an app and website, but it is static and not very interactive.
