Hi there, just wondering if anyone within the construction or distribution industries would be willing to discuss/share their employee turnover & absence rates? I am looking to get a baseline average within the industry to understand where we currently sit and then set some improvement targets if applicable. Any help or guidance for this would be welcomed. Hi Gregg - Mates in Mind might also be able to help with this. They are a mental health charity that has worked very closely with the construction sector, so may well have some useful insight around absence. Even if they don't have all the figures themselves, they might be able to point you in the right direction. www.matesinmind.org.
