FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PROVIDERS
Anyone have any great experiences with any they're keen to share? The market is obviously consolidating quite a lot, with all the usual players out there; AON, WTW, Darwin, Benefex, Benify, Capita, Vebnet (not taking new clients I understand). Would love to hear either those who have had a great transition from one provider to another, or are just super happy with their provider in this space. Thank you.

Benefex are OK but you really have to stay on top of it and it appears a lot of the processing from their side is manual which can lead to errors. There appear to be a few system restrictions too. From what I've heard they are all fairly similar in terms of customer service and implementation etc. and like any vendor you have to stay on top of it. So I guess the final decision is based on what features are most important to your organisation and whether the system can cater to that.
We have been with Darwin for the last 4 years and very pleased now. Implementation was a bit patchy, but we signed up at a particularly busy time for them?
We moved from AON to Darwin 2 years ago and impressed with the employee experience.
