We are reviewing the supplier of our UK flu vaccinations and are looking for recommendations.
One key requirement is the ability to manage the voucher process electronically.
I am aware of Boots, Healthy Performance and Bupa but wanted to know who others are partnering with and their experience with them.
Any help, much appreciated.
Boots works well for us - used them for the last 2 years and again this year
We have used Boots in the past and been very happy with them. We struggled last year to get flu vaccine vouchers through any of the suppliers. This year we have gone with Boots again and we have done it early to benefit from the discount.
We used Boots for the first time last year (previously we've always used Nuffield to deliver them on-site and dismissed using them for vouchers last year as expensive) and looked at alternatives but felt Boots had the best coverage given the geographical spread of our employees. It all ran very smoothly, and so much easier to organise/co-ordinate; employees confirmed if they wanted a voucher and once the deadline passed, we uploaded a file to the Boots site and they did the rest. We're using Boots again this year - and in fact placed our order last week to benefit from the early bird discount (which ends 30 June).
We have been informed my our provider Nuffield that most companies (including them) won't be able to issue vouchers this year due to the Government controlling the flu programme again and offering flu vaccinations to age 50 +
