We are looking to do some benchmarking across our overtime rates, particularly for roles in our IT functions, e.g. first/second/third line support, release management, developers, etc. Would anyone be willing to share a breakdown of what you apply and the mechanics?

We currently do not pay overtime for IT functions but instead give TOIL. However, there are payments for being on call and working weekends and bank holidays.
