Modernising the Manufacturing Reward Strategy

Hello,

I am in the process of developing and modernising our reward strategy for our manufacturing population.

We have a unionised workforce and are currently working with a traditional pay structure. I am keen to understand whether other companies have had success in this area and how they have achieved a modernised approach.
