We are currently reviewing our attraction and incentives offer to support with both recruitment and retention within our care teams (this does include nurses).
Proposals we are currently considering include- retention payments, increased hourly rates as an interim measure and a welcome payment.
I wondered if anyone would be willing to share their offers, criteria and learnings please?
