I've been asked to investigate the feasibility of setting up an offshore data analysts centre and to begin with was wondering of anyone had any insights and/or experience on this. Looking at two basic questions:
1. Where does the labour exist? I.e. in what countries could we tap into graduates / mature labour market significantly more cheaply than can be done in UK?.
3. Which countries are simpler to employ in that others, barriers to setting up employing entities etc.
2. Any fairly robust market data sources for said locations (assuming Aon, Mercer, WTW on the list)
