2022 pay increases

Good Afternoon

We are just exploring options regarding our annual pay reviews- do you have any initial views on how this is shaping up for your organisation regarding 2022 increases please?

I’m keen to get an external view across the housing and care sectors which I would be happy to share with those who respond.
