We are reviewing our existing Recognition (+ Financial Recognition) Platform.
To do so we have already started our own review of competitor platforms;
- looked here on REBA and also referenced HRO Today

We are seeking comments naming the platform being used and review/feedback + any recommended platforms perhaps you used elsewhere or ones to avoid.

Yes the HRO shortlist is a piece of reading I've been through.
Now I'm into seeking customer insights and opinions.
Really to establish what the experiences have been and the relationship now as a consumer, rather than a potential customer.
Right now, although not yet tendered there are appear to three frontrunners.
Check the "Baker's Dozen" for recognition providers. But short answer is WorkHuman; yet to come across better.
