We are currently looking at our Wellbeing strategy and defining it for 2022, we are aware that Headspace offer a corporate rate so that we can roll out licences across the company. I just wondered if anyone has this or anything similar and what kind of participation you get out of it? Although it sounds like a great idea, i'm a bit sceptical as to whether its a big chunk of budget with not a huge uptake/ return from it?
Would love any views, and happy to be proven wrong on my initial thoughts on this?
We launched headspace end of last year and although only on 15% take up the feedback from those who use it is really positive. Planning more comms to increase take up as lots of resources on there
Hi - we launched Unmind - a digital workplace mental health platform. We launched globally in March 2020 (1100ppl) and have a 64% user registration rate. I would recommend looking into it as it offers a wide range of holistic wellbeing benefits.

Headspace is a popular benefit at Adobe. Across EMEA, we have ~ 45% subscription rate. Employees became much more engaged in the concept of mindfulness during Covid and we continually promote through internal emotional health campaigns. The evolution of the app content keeps employees engaged for example, linking to the physical wellbeing space, collaborations with celebrities and family friendly content including Sesame Street collaboration.
