Interested to hear from any employers who offer above the AER for reimbursement of company car EV mileage. What do you offer to employees in your Company? Also interested to hear if anybody reviews this regularly in line with fluctuating costs.
Hi. We currently pay 2p above the AER. We pay this through the Payroll on a grossed up basis so that the employee actually receives the 2p net. We just stick with the 2p above the AER even if it changes. Hope that helps
