We've been with Specsavers for a good number of years. I hadn't come across another provider who can not only remove alot of the admin but also reimburse us for unused vouchers upon their 12 month expiry date. My admin is simply Raising an annual PO for [x] number of vouchers, the online order form and Specsavers do the rest. Does limit us to Specsavers only however.
We have recently moved to EyeMed UK which is a fully digital solution and allow controls and reminders every 12 or 24 months.
They have also recently partnered with Vision Express to extend their network.
