We currently send a gift when one of our employees has just had a baby, it's typically a baby hamper with baby grows, socks etc. Personally I'm not a fan of them and just wondered what others offer as a gift?
Do any of you give options i.e. they can choose from baby hamper, flowers or a gift voucher etc. ?

We use From Babies With Love to and they are great, especially from a CSR perspective.
