Hi all, not sure whether this is allowed on here so apologies if not.
Would anyone be willing to share the holiday entitlement for Bulgaria based employees please?
We currently offer 20 days plus public holidays but have had feedback that its not competitive. I would usually use survey data but its only for 9 people.
