Hi, does anyone know where I could get benchmarking data for Long Service Awards (recognition of anniversaries of service), or if you are happy to share in general terms what you provide your employees.
Our Long service awards are mostly additional once off holiday at 10 & 15 years followed by £500 at 20 and 30 years along with an additional week off for these two milestones. I am looking at uplifting our LSA's to include recognition at 5 years and a small branded gift at 10 and 15 years in our next financial year.
Hi Daniel we provide cash awards at 5 year intervals, the first one being £100 and increasing for each 5 years of service to max £1500 at 45 years service. I believe there is market data on the Willis Towers Watson survey . Hope this helps James

Hi Daniel, we pay at 2,5,10,15, 20 & 25 years. £50 / £100 / £200 / £300 / £400 & £1000. Plus a certificate, a pin badge.

Long Service awards can be picked up by a PAYE Settlement Agreement for tax, thereby not including them on P11Ds for the person asking this question!
We don't offer them ourselves but just have peer and senior leadership recognition at 5, 10, 15 or every 5 year milestone thereafer.
