Interested to see who is paying Statutory Neonatal Care Pay from April 2025 and who is paying at an enhanced level. If you are paying at an enhanced level, what are you paying?
Currently we are also paying statutory and do offer enhanced pay for other parental leaves.

Hi Simon at the moment we are offering statutory pay though we do offer enhanced pay for other types of parental leave. At some point in the future we may enhance this.
