Hi fellow reward professionals. I am looking for a global broker to support our mid-size company (3K employees globally) in optimizing our benefits offering across 10-12 locations and making the offering relevant to our employees (the magic balance we often try to find between global consistency and local relevancy). My challenge is that in my experience the big names mainly tend to focus on insurances and I am after someone who:
1. knows the tech industry well (the continuous comparisons with the flagship companies like Salesforce, Google, Apple etc) are killing me
2. can look and advise on broader benefits offering than just insurances and pensions

Do you have operations in the US? If so I'd recommend Sequoia. I used them at my last firm who were a tech start up and they are specialists in the tech sector. They have their own offices in some locations but also partner with local brokers in countries where they do not operate. Happy to share details if you need them.
