Reward Structure and Team Size

I'm looking to understand more about the team sizes and structures you have in larger organisation across multiple geographies.

Can you please share typical Reward Structures (headcount) for the business type, employee headcount and markets you cover.

Thank you.

Hi. We are a team of 8.

Benefits x 3
Compensation x 3
Pensions x 3

We also cover financial wellbeing and some general healthy & wellbeing aspects which is shared across the Pension and Benefits teams.

16000 employees in UK (incl 25 in Ireland).

We do have employees in Benelux and Asia but these are managed locally.

Hi Amanda. We are a team of 6 covering ~17,000 employees in 23 countries, and only responsible for Compensation. Benefits is handled locally.
We are structured regionally:
- Americas (~9,500 headcount, 4 countries) - 1 Manager, 1 Analyst (Global Director also based here)
- International (~7,500 headcount, 19 countries) - 1 Senior Manager, 1 Sr Analyst (EMEA), 1 Analyst (APAC)
Our compensation management software provider ran a survey on team size recently. I'll see if I can dig it out for you.

We look after 4,000 employees across the UK and Ireland. There's 2.7 of us looking after benefits and playing a small part in reward and recognition. Compensation is handled by a global team.

We've 19 explicitly looking after compensation. 1 Reward Director, 4 Area leads, and 14 generalists. We've a further few in pensions, and benefits.
Our organisation is over 20,000 employees, with a significant number in Trade Unions. Most of our population is in the UK, but we've a global presence, with notable headcount in Denmark, Belgium, and Singapore.
