Hi everyone, I'm interested to know what others are doing around neurodiversity assessments as we are hearing that the wait on the NHS is extremely long. Do you have it covered under your PMI scheme or do you use a separate provider to conduct assessments, and if so, who? Many thanks.
Hi Nick - my company use our Occ. Health provider - Optima - to conduct Capability Assessments (including for disability, complex health conditions and neurodiversity assessments). These can be telephonic or face-to-face depending on the circumstances. From a neurodiversity perspective these are unlikely to include a diagnosis element, but will focus on reasonable adjustments that can be made. I believe Health Partners is another Occ. Health provider that can do similar.
