Hi all,
Childcare Salary Sacrifice Scheme enables employees to pay for their children’s nursery fees on a salary sacrifice basis.
I was wondering whether anyone had implemented the above and if so how they find it?
Or if you have considered it, what made you discount implementing?

We have a Childcare Voucher Scheme in place and have done for a number of years. However, the Government closed the Childcare Voucher scheme to new entrants in October 2018, but those parents who were already using the scheme can continue to do so as long as they remain eligible.
Tax Free Childcare replaced the Salary Sacrifice Scheme but existing employees had a choice on whether to stay or switch.

We have also considered it a few times, it seems like a lot of work with our limited resources. We will consider again and discuss with our legal team. Interested to hear comments that HMRC may review again. Please keep me posted on your progress and thoughts.

we were looking at this but our legal team warned us off and seemed to think HMRC would be clamping down on this.
