Hi all, does anyone know of any recognition platforms that have full integration with MS Teams and other MS Suite applications? We are looking to make recognising our employees as easy as possible and Teams is the most utilised app within the company so makes sense we use a tool that fully integrates with this.
By full integration I mean the App has the same functionality as the web portal, so the ability to recognise, post comments on the social feed, redeem rewards, and be alerted to recognitions in your network. We currently use OC Tanner but their Teams app only allows recognition submissions and no ability to celebrate with social posts using MS Teams or receive notifications via teams.
Also looking for something that can be applied globally.

We use Achievers globally. It has an integration with MS Teams. We find that predominantly employees are using the Achievers platform or app rather than teams app.
Hi Mark - we have just started using Kudos (https://www.kudos.com/platform/integrations) and so far I have been really impressed with it. It is fully integrated into most workplace systems. Teams is not our default messaging system (we use Slack) but it might be worth exploring. Cheers, Tim.
Have you tried Reward Gateway Mark? I know they have an app for recognition which seems to work well. I am just not sure on the Teams integration, but I do know their platform integrates with other apps so you never know!
