Anyone got experience of setting up a charity to help employees in need. We are considering for employees/ex emmployees/family etc who are most struggling with COL crisis. Any feedback welcome.
Hi Sally, yes we did this at Air New Zealand to support our employees who were doing it tough financially as a result of Covid-19 impacts on the business. I expect the NZ rules might differ slightly to the UK but happy to have a chat about how we went about setting up / registering the charity, how we administered things (managed donations, applications, payments etc).
