Dear colleagues, If your Global EAP provider is Optum I would value your opinion of the service and reporting capabilities of their offering outside of the US in EMEA.
Hello - we don't use them in the US but do outside for international (24 countries). I find this to be an EAP service moving to provide more preventative offerings, a good range of webinars and the portal is very intuitive. It's available in many languages and the account manager we have is very pro active in providing utilisation data and other key promotions. Hope that helps!
