Hi all,
Has anyone gone from a behind the scenes salary framework to a open/transparent framework that is shared with employees? Can you share experience? How did you approach? Considerations? What went well/not so well?
I'd also be interested in hearing about this from peers, we are already on a transparency journey but interested to see how far others have gone and what the learnings were
