Hello. Is anyone using Lyra Health as their EAP provider in the UK? If so, it would great to connect to understand how they manage access to counselling services for family members given HMRC's position on face to face counselling for dependants.

we don't use Lyra but I assume your question would be applicable regardless of the provider. I am not aware of any issue. Can you explain what is the HMRC's position you are concerned about?
