Hi. Can anyone advise on how they obtain regular updates on changes to CBAs, minimum and living wage across Europe? Currently, this information is collated through multiple HR partners and external sources. Our aim is to be able to own this within the Reward Team so it will be good to understand if there is a more efficient and streamlined way to do this than the current approach.
