I'm looking for someone with experience about the unified maternity and paternity leave in Spain.
Is the total amount of unified Maternity and Paternity leave 16 weeks?
Meaning mother and father get together a total of 16 weeks paid by social security?
Reading the legislation we have some question marks if each parent is getting 16 weeks paid by social security so a total of 32 weeks? Also we are not sure if each parent must take first 6 weeks of leave after birth or if only one parent needs to take 6 weeks after birth?
