Hi! I was looking at the base pay c/r distribution of our organisation for salaried roles. With an n count of +5,000 looking at it globally:
44% are competitive (between 0.9-1.1),
28% are 10%pts more/less than this (weighted to low end)
28% are below 0.8 or above 1.2 (again, weighted to low end).
I wondered how this compared to your data?
