Calling on my global colleagues, we are looking to review school fees. Currently offered at a flat rate per employee (regardless of number of children). Our local team is asking for a review/ increase. Just wondering if anyone one a) sees this as market practice and b) would have a recommendation on level. Ideally one rate for all regardless of banding from my perspective so that this can be easily administered.
