Hi Ahmad. We're using Willis Towers Watson and as per the other comment, have also had support with their spot surveys. We're also keeping in contact with other organisations who are responding to the hyper inflation issue though to support decision making on salaries and offers as it is so volatile.
We use both Mercer and Willis Towers Watson in Turkey. Both are doing spot surveys to assist with getting the most up to date information in relation to the current hyper inflation situation.
We use Mercer data, however to be honest with hyper inflation in Turkey I think you would struggle to get any decent data at the moment as the market will be moving too fast. You may have to get more n the ground data from job adverts o listen to what the recruitment market is dictating.
